Paying from a Branch

You can pay for your tuition fees in cash or from your account by coming to any of our branches. In payments which will be made by cheque, the cheque must belongs to our bank or given by cooperative enterprises.

Other Payment Methods

• From KOOP24 and KOOP24plus+ ATM’s

  We have the widest network of ATMs. You can use one of our many Koop24 ATMs to pay your EMU fees from your current or overdraft accounts at your convenience. Simply follow the step-by-step instructions on the ATM screens.

  You can pay cash directly from Koop24plus+ ATMs. In case the payment amount is higher than the bill amount, the difference is automatically transferred to your current/overdraft account.

• Telephone Banking on 600 02 02

  You can pay your EMU charges 24 hours a day via our telephone banking service's automated reply feature on 600 02 02. You will need your customer number/password or Koop24/Optimum Card number/password and your security code.

• Internet Banking and Mobile Banking

  You can also pay your EMU charges from your PC using our Internet and mobile banking services.

  You will need your customer number, password and security code or a one-time password in order to save time and effort by using Internet and mobile banking instead of queuing in branch. No need to walk from branch to branch or try to keep track of each bill, just manage your account online.

  You can give us instructions in order to link your telephone or customer number to your Koop24 or OptimumCard. This will allow you to easily check bill payments without any need to quote your telephone or customer number while using one of our interactive channels such as an ATM, telephone, Internet or mobile branches. You can also add any bills you wish to the list of “My bills with instructions” and access your account, make enquiries and payments via any of these interactive channels. To add bills to your “My bills with instructions” list, you can use the “electronic banking update form” in any of our branches or directly at our Internet branch.

  You can pay your Kktcell,Telsim and Electric Administration bills with KoopBank as if you were paying cash at the cash desk. All payments you make via our mobile or Internet branches, ATMs, 600 02 02 Telephone Banking or at any of our branches will be deducted online instantly.

  Bills paid using our interactive channels are transferred to the payees in accordance with the changing summer and winter opening hours of our bank.

  During winter working hours on weekdays, payments made between the hours of 00.00 – 15.45 are transferred to the payee electronically by 16.00 pm on the same day.

  During summer working hours, payments made between the hours of 00.00 – 16.30 on Mondays and Thursdays are transferred to the payee electronically by 17.00 pm on the same day.

  Bills paid on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays between the hours of 00.00 – 14.00 are transferred to the payee electronically by 14.30 hours on the same day.

  Bills paid outside these hours and on holidays will be transferred to the payee on the following working day.

The payment of EMU fees are free of charge.
